Horns

General placement information

This horn system widens the range in which users can apply horns to their folk! In this guide, it'll explain what exactly that means.

 

Folk have four general zones that horn upgrades can be applied to: Nose, Forehead, Temple and Crown.  Each zone is approximate in where you can place your horns so they don't have to sit directly in the center or follow symmetry.

 

PLACEMENTS

In order: Nose, Forehead, Temple and Crown.

 

TYPES

 

Horn Types are the base of your horns, either a single or double unit without any textures or modifiers. It can sit in any approximate zone above for creative freedom. and they come in smooth or bone styles. All types can be applied in any matter combination, allowing for a possible maximum of 12 base horns across all placement zones, the possibilties are endless!

MODIFIERS

 

Horn Modifiers changes or adds extra surface area to your horn, wiether increasing it's size, adding extra branches or rotating the degree your horn points.

TEXTURES

 

Horn Textures changes the surface area of folk horns, multiple can be applied and it doesn' thave to be applied to the entire base. As long as each texture is distinguishable enough from eachother, mix and match!

SPECIAL

 

The Special category of Horns have their own set of rules per upgrade, so make sure you ready the description for each! This is for the horns that have unique reqirements, prompts and times on when you can apply them to a folk. This includes Event horns that might come from seasonal events!
